Controlling & SAP R/3
During
our projects we support mainly integration issues. Our specialties are on
controlling topics with the special focus on customers from the manufacturing
industries. Therefore our consultants are coming from both directions,
Financials and Logistics with complementary know-how and experiences.
We are mainly working on controlling concepts and tools based on SAP-R/3 and
SAP-BW. We are organizing the controlling processes to be able to derive the
necessary information for the decision making of your management.
We believe on the capabilities of information technology as a tool for an
effective controlling. Always up-to-date measurable actual and target data, like
cost and revenues broken down into different levels of influence and
responsibility can help you to get the information you require to control your
business effectively. But we do not like to see any software controlling your
company because of an over killing amount of data being reported in a certain
frequency not relevant for your decision making. Even worse, if many
unnecessarily required own-developments and modifications to the standard system
are required to get the data which are believed to be important. We try to
minimize or cut down own developments as far as possible to achieve
strategically the best solution for you, where ever this is possible!
